Excellent work my friend. The guy in the bar is excellent stuff. One crit from me, the dogs actions could match up better to the audio. The sound seems more intense than his actions. Still, one of the best animation reels Ive seen out of Full Sail.
(side note: all of FS anim reels seem to have a slower pace {mine included}, hm.....)

Nice reel. Your presentation is very clean and the reel has a good mood throughout. The animation is done very well!
Goodluck with the job hunt, i don't think you'll be looking for that long. Congrats.

Pretty nice. Could've used a bit more material, but character animation was good, especially facial.
The dog was the weakest: a few IK pops throughout, the turn around before he lies down was awkward. The dog also didn't have much character in him: eg is it an old saggy dog who droops with every step and then collapses in his box, a youthful energetic dog who hops around sniffing everything, a sad dog who cowers in an alley, or a proud dog who protects and keeps clean his shabby home?
You know... don't just get him across the screen, find a way to inject some character.

thanks to everybody who took the time to check out my demo reel, I greatly appreciate it. :)
Abazabsa - Thanks man, im glad you liked the guy at the bar. About the dog, ill take a closer look at the sound efx and tweek it a bit, but thanks for looking out. And about the pace of FS reel, lol to tell u the truth I never really noticed until u pointed that out. Maybe its because the FS is such a fast, intesnse program, that maybe subconsciously we do slower things to help ease our minds. :)
Nes - Thanks, you the man. Good luck with you.
mcgow- LOL sorry man, didnt mean to disappoint you by leaving out the milkshake one. I just didnt get it to where i wanted it on time, but I do plan on finishing it, so look for it in the future. Good luck with you.
Kristofferic - Thanks for the kinds words, Im glad you liked it. I do hope it wont be long before I get a job. :)
HenningK - Thanks for the honest critique, I do appreciate it. Thats the only way us animators get better. I do agree with you about the dog. I did try to put the feeling that he was lost and lonley, i guess not well enough. I will strive to be more careful to make sure that there is more character on all the shots and tests i do. :) I am glad you like the character animation ones.

Great stuff man. I think I like the lip sync the most. They both look like they're really thinking.

BigMouth- Thanks for taking the time. Yes, i definitely agree about the dog. It seems to be my weakest test I have.

It looks to me that recent grads of Full Sail are heads and tails above what I see from the '06 and older threads. Has the schools curriculum and instuctors improved?

Yeah.. Our last couple of classes has been changed to improve quality of reels. So the reels have been improving since then. I'm glad you like our work.

The curriculum has changed with the addition of the Bachelors Degree. All the classes have been revamped with new material and structure. This class really went well above and beyond and hopefully their motivation and hard work will set a new standard for all the future classes.
Israel, great work! The animation with the lipsync is fantastic. I do agree with possibly showing more emotion and character, but you'll be adding all that as you do more projects. The consistent lighting throughout the reel also makes it feel like one solid, complete package. Good luck with the job hunt. Let me know how everything goes post Full Sail.

Izzy, you did an excellent job.
Very clean, solid, entertaining reel with smooth transitions. I particularly like the coffee shop animation. I think you captured the essence of waiting for someone special. His mood changes so much, that by the end, I feel so bad for the guy.
Great work! I look forward to seeing more work from you. :)

I love your animations, I think they have a lot of feeling and is one of those reels that you can watch and have a good time with. I am not much of an animator but I think that in the dog's scene the two first moments where the dog hits the can it seems that it doesn't move correctly. Other than that I love your dialoge, and the cafe scene, I think you capture their emotions and feelings very well.
Your illustrations are great!
Keep up the good work!!
