Nah but I really loved the old POP and I don't think they can create something near the original.

visually the game was nice , but the gameplay sucked. Prince of persia was great as a 2d sidescrolling game , making it into 3d takes away that certain something that made it so great.

besides we need a good 2d game , the last good one i played was return to castlevania four years ago.

I never even bothered to play the 3D one - the whole idea of it being in 3D just didn't seem right.

I must admit that this new one actually looks really cool though... Nice site - love the music :)

Hahahhaaha!! Prince of Persia 3D was my first game job--back in 1998. And YES, the game sucked ass. Everyone that worked on it thought so after they completed it and actually tried playing it. . ..

Prince of Persia for it's time back in the day of Amiga was and still is one of the best games experiences I have ever had,if not the best.:thumbsup:

It looks with this new rendition that the POP tradition will get it's justice.This along with Beyond good and evil (UBI soft) titles are two of my most wanted titles. Now anymore inside tips Baby???? :p

Just watched the trailer... I will buy it if it plays as good as it looks!:eek: Those moves he pulls off are great! Sort of Dante-style, but way cooler!

from what i saw at e3, i was very impressed with the animations.
it definately caught my eye. for those interested, there are some gameplay videos on gamespot and ign.

I can not think of the exact numbers off the top of my head but Prince of Persia Sands of Time won SEVERAL best of awards at E3. So that has GOT to say something for it. :buttrock:
