Those that know LW will know what I am talking about


Basically, when I model I more or less use smooth shift then tweak as shown here http://www.newtek.com/products/lightwave/tutorials/modeling/head/index.html

What would be the equivalent in maya ... would it be just a simple extrude faces and then select the points and tweak [ damn, thats where phantom point selection with the drag tool comes in handy }

smooth shift = extrude faces in maya.

But with the tool options set to "keep new faces together". You can find that in polygons> tool options.
