when i connect the points shown in yellow, the front of the car looks all messed up, why is that ?? how do i fix it ? i tried weighting the points to 1.00 and .30, .80 and still looks bad ;(

Looks like you may have some duplicate points... try doing a Structure - Optimize and see if that helps.

What you are doing is using optimize right?

its my guess that you only have points turned on in the optimization window right?

well assuming all this you just need to turn on polys and reoptimize. That or you can weld them individually. which should take care of everything.

Optimize is independent of the mode, points/edges/faces is the same thing, it won't take the mode into account. :rolleyes:

hmm interesting I didnt know that well it has happened to me before I supposed its probibly a wire frame issue then.

well i always use weld if optimize doesnt give me a clean mesh.
