It is quite pretty. The color palette is well chosen; it truly enhances the mood. The composition is nicely balanced without being too symmetrical. Furthermore, the amount of detail seems well chosen too, as it isn't overdone.

However... I believe there are a few issues, specifically regarding perspective and proportion.

The maid with her arm raised has the most problems with the aforementioned issues. I believe her limbs are bit too elongated and her head ever so slightly too small. What bothers me most, however, is the lack of weight in her pose. The arm that is bracing her body isn't convincing in my opinion. I believe that if her hand were placed in such a flexed and strained position, her weight would best be supported by straighter arm. I also think her pose may be a bit stronger if she were twisting to face the phantom more, but with her back arched to lean away.

The maid that's lying on the floor also has some perspective issues. Given her curves and twisting body, I think her right arm would be hidden a bit more by her body.

Also, the tea set (most notably the teapot though not so much the tray), does not follow the perspective laid out by the floor. I also think that the floor becomes too much of a top down view at the bottom of the image.

Although as I said earlier, it is quite pretty. I just believe that the issues keep it from being perfect.
