View Full Version : Lost snipping tool

Im running an Acer, AMD 4800+ dual core with 4 gig and an ATI Sapphire graphics card and Vista home Premium. I have PS Elements 6 that I use in conjunction with PainterX. Anyhow, I had been finding that PSE6 was very lagged with its brushes and tools to the point of being unuseable. I had allready disabled pen flicks and a forum search here, revealed that removing the tablet functions from Vista in the Control panel would help. It did and now it does run a fair bit better. The problem is that Ive lost the Snipping Tool as it seems to have been a tablet function. Is there a way to restore this, or is there a good alternative program out there?
