Head is looking good.Which method have you used?And plz post the original image of this head i mean the reference.

hey I was just Modeling a common head , I basically used many references .

It would be nice to see the unsmoothed version as well as some sort of wire frame, be it a screen capture or a render. I find it hard to critique without those. As far as the structure goes it looks like you're on the right path.
