I this work I wanted to create an older woman, who is beautiful in an unconventional way. I think that it is very important to portray real beauty, and not only the perfect ideal.
All modeling and rendering is done in maya, textures created in photoshop

great textures i like it,but the hair is little strange,all other is perfect

the ends of the hair look abit sharp to me, other than that, stunning work :)

Awesome! Great modeling and texturing on the head (with the assymetry in there as well). A natural, real looking person....The hair on the other hand, isn't working as well. Too flat, lack of specularity/tranluscency/volume or what have you. Looks very wirey. The sweater is good looking, but doesn't seem very well integrated into the image. Seems flat and like it's sort of floating, like you comped it on top. Great head model and texture nonetheless. You nailed the hardest part. Hope I don't sound too critical or whatever. You just seem like you know what your doing so I don't need to sugarcoat anything. Keep it up.

Very nice, you managed a realistic close-up that doesnt have that creepy feeling. I especially like the eyes and uneven eyebrows. Well done !
