Your off to a good start, the first thing that I noticed is that there isn't enough variation in your poses, as you can see in the image I posted below, the spine in your character is straight up and down throughout the entire animation, you want to get some nice arch reverals in his spine. I would go back and work on some of these poses to make them more appealing. alos the things that are being thrown at him feel like they are floating across the screen, get more arch in these objects as though they were being thrown at him, nothing flying through the air perfectly straight. Keep it up!!!

^ Agreed :D Once the poses are better fleshed out, you NEED more overlapping! Right now it's kinda like he just pops over to the poses without any follow-through when he stops. Some subtle movement to show wolverine bracing himself after every stop will make the whole thing look smoother. Nice start though, and cool character!
