Hi

To work as pro as concept artist for drawing vehicles,submarines and planes and stuff i need to know how these things work right?

So any education recomendation ? Maybe some military books you read or whatever?

There are so many books on modern military vehicles/weapons out there--just a quick search at amazon.com and you'll find tons of them. They all usually have diagrams showing the parts in detail so you can see where the engines are, where the missles are stored, where the air intakes are...etc.

I'd also recommend the use of a reference photo. Create a new layer on top of the photo to do your drawing on that.

I haven't bought any books like that for decades now, so have no idea. I guess just read thecustomer reviews on amazon.com and see if people talk about the amount of diagrams the books contain.
