It looks like her chest is her back or something, need more definition...
Eyes are looking at diff spots.
And the ear need cleaning up..

I like it, I agree the shoulders need more light/shadow definition. It looks like a 50's billboard ad. :cool:

That hair must've taken forever, but I love how it actually looks like a clump of hair you could pick up. It's interesting seeing it juxtaposed with such a soft face.

Fantastic ! Only I can say was already said. Her front side kinda looks like her backside. simple tweaking should fix that. Again, fantastic job!
Hair don't go to this face. Face looks very real, heir looks like someone came after you and finished it for you. Sholders don't really have a form.
Face is very good!
