Hi,
I'm trying to create a photo mosaic in 3ds max. What I've done is created a plane then snapped particles to the vertices of the plane. You can read my intial thread here:
http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=96&t=610566
What I want to do is write a script that makes sure that there's only one particle per vertice. I then want to create another plane with the same number of vertices and animate the particles to snap to the vertices of the second plane. I know I have to use "by Script Vector" in the particle event, and I found some info here:
http://forums.cgsociety.org/archive/index.php/t-366947.html
but I can't put it all together. Any help on this subject would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Justin
