Draft with occlusion. The aliens and the teacher during lessons in the music hall. There is still a lot of work. I have to set the hands, shape clothing, musical instruments and legs of the alien at centre of the stage. I also changed the axis of the camera.
...Two concepts, I don't know how to do ... I have to study ...

Daniele, this concept is quite unexpected, and you've pulled it off beautifully. My only suggestion would be to add a few fill lights to make the most out of the models.

Wow :) This looks great. From it's composition and lighting It reminds me of a classic old masters painting. Sure some details are still a bit rough, but I think in the end this will be awesome :)

Thanks you so much. I'm too late in processing of this image. I'm to add more and more details and optimize the characters. I've decided to continue the work process using photo retouching. Next week i can finalize the little aliens whit clarinet in the foreground.

Yes is true John, i like very much the great illustrators as Jim Burns, Tim White, Peter Jones, Brom, Keith Parkinson (it's been a great!) and all those who have inspired me to become an illustrator. I have a large collection of their illustration books and I hope always to find new ones.

This is a global updating. I put on in the foreground the three alien divided by the fog. I have recreated the sky and changed the colors to make everything more uniform and to give more atmosphere. They still miss many details. I must add details to the cello in the left and to the alien with the flute, change the color of the woman (more clean) and add cables of connection to the lectern.

TITLE: THE MUSIC LESSON:
The woman is a teacher, she is reading a musical score,
but the students are distract during lecture and who follows
the lesson doesn't understand. There's a lot of distraction,
animals offer apples in the memory of the original sin
(in this case the sin is the music) and others exhibits
new laws manuscripts (no music, silence please).
In the foreground some people discusses on possession of a clarinet
and another, more hidden, he's playing a flute disturbing the lesson.
The woman is angry most for her impotence.
The first question was: Does music bring species of the whole universe closer to each other?
In their own way, I'd say yes.
But now the question is: are alien able to learn music then ?
Douglas Adams would ask to his computer "Deep Thought",
but it would take too much time. I let you give the answer.
