Shademaster 05-08-2003, 08:24 PM Frog in X-ray view, had to be modelled within 6 hours for an assignment. Finished it in the last minute! :insane:

It looks interesting, however it is quite anatomically incorect. Frogs have no rib cage. The bones are also going through the skin around the heels of the back legs. Ouch, the vertebra are also separated a bit much!
Its not a normal frog with x-ray...its a new MUTANT frog with transparent skin an glowing bones :D

I know I know, but hey, it had to be done in 6 hrs so I had no time to make it anatomically correct that it could be in a Biology book :rolleyes: . It was more a cooleness factor you know, a 'how to impress the teacher' thing :p . I got a semitransparent textured version up my sleave too, rendetime is long but I'll post it here as soon as possible.

it does look kewl but as mentioned the actual skeleton isnt correct.

Here is a rendered one. It isn't posed yet because I am still figuring out a way to get the bones together with the bones of the bones without influencing the outer bones :banghead: . Maybe I'll redo some bones then...
Texturing is 100% procedural except for the leaf.

wow, cool image. It really looks as cool whith the x-ray style.
very nice only crit is that those eyes look a little tubular.
not as in totally tubeular, but more like in kinda not real.

yeah very nice work, but i would agrre with him they look to tubular. frogs yes are much more round. but good job man
