Only one pose right now...but the IK is all set up. And only base textures...hopefully more to come.

Very funny idea...! Nice concept. Some areas I think you will want to work on:

The lighting and the materials. I can see you haven't done any texturing yet, but the plain lambert materials distract from the model.

i like the teeth, but he need some good gums.

The shirt is too boxy, you need to smooth him out a bit. (Specifially the transition from his chest to his side.)

Just a couple of things to think about. Looking good...!
