Heart? Probably mine... because it is my wife ;)
...but feelings here are much more important for me, than sense

Very nice piece of work. It is really interesting and it would have been fine if she was just standing there, but the glowing heart changes the image and gives it more meaning. She is looking into it as if it will tell her something.

You're right. The way the column meets the floor is skewed. Doesn't sit right with the way the woman is standing.

I've seen a lot of posts lately that say that the 3D guys don't comment enough on the 2D artwork on this forum... so here's my post:

Very beautiful. I really like the pallette you've chosen as well. It adds a lot to the mood. The metal looks great as well.

Very nice stuff!!

Lower arm is very skinny, and the hand itself is stretched too long. Other wise good work.

great image man!!....I especially like her head piece and her long hands....good use of colors and shading....and even though the background does look a little weird, I wouldn't worry about it too much b/c the foreground is done excellently.....keep it up and give us more

Great work! I have a question. I noticed you used both a Wacom and an Aiptek. I'm considering purchasing one, any preference? Or any reason why you used both? Thanks for the info!

Waaoooaaaww! That is great! Reminds me of a futuristic representation of Mary holding the Sacred Heart.

That is just fantastic. It was instantly inspiring.
That future Mary, and the sacred heart idea wasn't a bad one either. Thank you for posting that. By the way I'll be stealing (riping off) that mech outfit soon.:wise:

Now I have Aiptek LCD Pen monitor 15 (http://216.180.243.130/~guro/articles/mem01_aiptek01.jpg)
When I started to draw this picture I did it on Wacom Intuos2 A4
However I would not tell that Aiptek LCD better Wacom
it only allows to draw directly on the screen
Similar on Cintiq 15' but is much cheaper...

cool now it works. I guess it must have been the computer I was using.

Very nice. the desing is just awsome. tell me. what inspired you. I really liked those big things that come off of her head. and the arms are cool looking. but that peice(green) on her stomach. it looks kinda strange. I think that it is too flat in the front. ya know what I mean.

I think what's stupid is mainly your use of CAPS LOCK. No need to shout dude.

It looks amazing though!

I don't like the wings on the head either, it doesn't make any sense, but if that's what you want, what can I say :)

Great painting skills, but i'm sure your not looking for someone to tell you that.

Her right hand has a bit of mannerism going on (elongated for those unsure).

Perspective on the BG looks off, Almost like a bird's eye view, just on the left side, not the wall. Although not sure if your using it for eye direction.

One last, but important thing, you focal point is obviuosly the heart. Sooo, why not have a red absorbtion on her face. Make her not only see the heart but feel the heart, it's heat.

Just suggestions. Would like to see more. Do you have a website?

So how much did that drawing tablet thingy set you back?
I haven't seen those yet... it looks awesome though! I would certaintly draw more digital stuff if i could lay on the couch and doodle like that.

I dunno, may be it's just me :arteest:, but something is not right about her headpiece. My neck hurts just looking at that thing. If it was at least reasonably balanced or if she was in zero gravity - that would have been OK. As pretty and as meaningful as this picture is there has to be something done about the headpiece.

I dono, I really like the stylized look of the head peace, especially if she has the armor to help hold it up.
