Another option is to check your local computer store for stock photo CDs. A few years ago, I picked one up for $5. A few weeks ago, I picked up another one for a mere $0.20. Both are royalty free and chuck full of such photos. So, I have around 9,000 royalty free photos with a wide variety of subjects on CD for $5.20 + tax.

Another good option is to take your own photos. The next time you go on a picnic, take your camera and do some exploring. I'm no photographer, but not too long ago I went through a trailer park and got some damn fine rust pictures from hitches.

Buy a digital camera and create your own. If you already own a digital camera then take a step outside. I don't have the url for 'outside' but I'm pretty sure it exists ;)
