A Shaolin Monk teenager.. Man I'm glad I don't have one of those.

I like this a lot. If I had any suggestion it would be the feet. The angle on the foot closest to us does not compute. Especially in a bo-stance, the foot would be angled towards us more. At present you could walk up to him and push him from the side and watch him fall over...If he would let us ofcourse :)

Is that stick bowed because he's gripping it so hard? Also, what do the symbols say?

I agree with alteredstate on the feet thing, though it's nog that bad. The waist is a bit stiff, but for the rest of the pic no comment from me, absolutely great art man. Especially nice work on the (japanese) characters thingies in the upper right corner.
