Looks solid - great! Seems like ThirdEye has started a real car boom here at C4D forum, but hey - what the heck, I find cars and all sort of vehicles fun to model, it's just people like ThirdEye who make me sick with their devotion and motivation :banghead: :banghead: :argh:
I loose interest as soon as I get in to trouble - but now I'm on my best carmodelling journey so far and maybe I'll finish this one....:rolleyes:

But your beetle looks great, just give it some final tweaks and bake up a nice material - et voilá!!

I know I shouldn't ask but I will anyway, did you model it starting with a plane and extrude the edges ? or is it cube for each part of the car then you extrude, cut, add etc ? thx !

i mainly used plane, points and edge extrude, but its getting harder now i have to add the fine details:hmm:

HAHA of course I won't be mad .. I just want a good tutorial so i can understand how it is done... and maybe many many years from now, i can model a car as good as thirdeye, which i doubt..
i just started in this whole 3D thing; i've done web design and illustrations and have a graphic design degree but never learned 3D in school
