:banghead: Looks like me at my office, anyways my boss told me to do an animation of a girl crying, sounds simple right? WRONG!!! I can't come up with a good teardrop. Can someone help me?!?!?

mooing havoc,
I did write a tut about doing photoreal drops(you probably would have to do a more stretched drop for mimicking a teardrop) on a surface a couple of years ago, have a look at it(webaddress below), it doesn't cover the animation part, but you could probably easily implement animation into it. It's all material tweaks and no geometry, so camera cant be at extreme closeup, hope it helps,
