View Full Version : Help! XSI 6.5 doesn't want to save!

I have no idea what's going on but i can't save any scenes with xsi anymore. No matter what new scene i create or import it just doesn't want to save. There's not even an error message at the bottom.

I also just installed crosswalk but uninstalled it because i thought that was the reason. However even when i uninstalled crosswalk it still doesn't want to save anything.

I also did a restart and xsi 6.02 is behaving the same!

What could it be!? Any ideas?

just guessing:
- disk full?
- disk path invalid? (check project settings)
- An WindowsXP-rights-issue? (try to save some text with the notpad to your scenes-location)
- can you save (or export) your scene to a completely other disk - same behaviour?
- scenefile still open by another XSI-Instance (crashed but not vanished from mem?)

no more ideas for now.

Try running runonce.bat and renaming your User folder.
