I'm using attrFieldSliderGrp to link some controls to a rig. This DOES WORK, but the problem is I am linking it to custom made attributes on the rig. For instance, the attribute name is 'scaler' .. which is a single float value (not a vector like scalerX, scalerY, scalerZ).
When I use attrFieldSliderGrp in my GUI to link the attribute all I get is the label and an input box, .. no slider and no mapping button. The caveat is, if I use this same command on a pre-existing attribute, say ... translateY, you DO get the slider and the map button. What gives?
Why would this command give a proper control to a pre-existing attribute and not to a custom created one.
Anyone?
