Im trying to model a car in 3dsmax, and I wonder what modeling type is best for modeling a car? Box, spline, patch? I have tryed them all but I seem to get stuck in different places.
And tips would be helpfull!

i'm not sure what is the best way to model a car but I know many who do poly modeling... here is a great tutorial, very indepth for modeling a fiat 500: http://www.3dtotal.com/team/Tutorials/fiat500/fiat500.asp

I don't think theres one way that's best but I do know that I just got finished with the Cayenne for Porsche.
100% box modeled and everything went smoothly

if you are just using max, i'd say go with poly modelling
if you are more familiar with spline/surface modelling you can start with that for a rough shape and then convert to polys, but i've found that i get better results with just polys :)
