Ok so here's my concept, I know its kinda more basic but I just want to animate a storm for once!! hehe and this is a good excuus to do so! Im also pretty new to the whole tracking and video compositing techniques so my sketches imply a more simple idea.
Here's the story:
Some 70 years ago, world leaders didn't spend all their money on making war and new weapons. The most clever people of our world took power and spend money on research and development of things that benefit the community. The world evovled rappidly by these events and modern society turned into a hyper modern digital world.
The outscirts of the large citys (the point from where the footage is shot) are now the poor parts, and what we would concider as normal architecture today is actually old skool. In the center of large citys rise big complex structures that hold citys of their own within. Giving homes, shops, and everything they need to the rich people of society.
Now you might think that this development is better for the world since we live in more advanced times. But because of all this industrial things the world got really dirty, and people just dumped their toxic waste everywhere. So now the climate is even more f*cked up then it is in reality and BIG storms are a daily event. Here we can see suchs a storm coming in.
