Hello

How i can apply smooth skin to two polygonal objects (head and body) and do that the vertices of the union in the neck do not separate when rotating joints?

Why are you not combining these two surfaces?

just make sure they have a joint or two in common...
then bind each surface
then you can use the component editor to ensure that the cv/verts at the seam have exactly the same weights for the common joint
