Thats kinda vague question. What exacly do you want to know.
Its a pretty straight forward setup, if you know how to use FFx.
Create a grid, use yo logo as emiter, run the sim, render it out.

I think you misread his question: he asks how to make smoke "FORM" a logo, not "FROM" a logo. Big difference. "from" is easy, "form" is much harder i think.

Smoke made bei FumeFX cannot be controlled or simulated to form anything.
There is no way to "form" anything out of FFX smoke.
BUT
you could try this...
make your logo a collision object for FFX and animate the size down, maybe it will "catch" some smoke inside... stupid, I Know :-)
OR
another way would be to simulate FFX, use FPlow and FollowFFX to move particles with smoke, detect particle collision on logo and emitt new smoke, only inside the logo...
OR
make a reverse motion of FFX from logo and blend it with "standard" rising smoke...
OR
use RealFlow for particle movement and AfterBurn for rendering...
OR...

thanx my friends for your help, i finally settled on the best solution, i made the logo the emitter and affected the smoke by gravity, then reversed the animation in aftereffects:thumbsup:
the hard part was in making it's motion believable but it worked well,
thanx again for your help everyone:buttrock:
