CGTalk - i have a question

hi everyone I'm still new to this 3ds max and i've got a question. Right now I'm doing a school work about breast cancer.my question is how to make the breast move accordingly to my character's hand movement.she is massaging her breast in front of a mirror checking for a cancer lump.Is there any suitable reactor or modifier for this situation?

The "easiest" way i see to do that will be to make it with a script, surface of the fingers interacting with the brain's one
