View Full Version : Car side mirror?

Hi guys,

I'm modeling a Nissan 1999 200sx coupe, and i have a problem.

I cant seem to find good reference for the side rear view mirrors for the car, and i am having a great deal of trouble trying to model them.

can any one direct me to a tutorial on how to model the side mirrors for any car, or even some close up reference photos from all angels of some similar mirrors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps go to a car dealer which has said car, and ask if you can take some pics :)

It's a pretty simple shape and basically a box..........so i would start with a box and sub-D model it.

Thanks, i tried Google before and could not find any close up pictures of the side mirrors and the way they connect to the car, so i took what i could find and tried.

they don't look the best but ill keep trying.
