This is a little bit older work. The model was done in 3DS MAX 3.1 using polygonal tools and rendered in 3DS MAX 4 in Mental Ray.

Great detail, only crit i have is i like to see weapons looking more they do in the field, ie filthy. Its a personal preference. I would love to see the mesh.

thats a beaut. i'm a big fan of the lav III. my only prob is the title of your post, heh. you called it LAV III Armored Personel Carrier when that there is the LAV III Mobile Gun System, theres a difference. The MGS versions are meant to operate in conjunction with the APC variants. From my understanding the MGS wouldnt normally carry troops. But the model is outstanding, and thats what is really important.

I dig military vehicles. :) The turret looks plain in contrast to the main body, maybe add some more bolts and little details, and then put it in a 3D environment. :)
