Hmmm the model is not bad at all, the texture is as simple as a animemodel should look like :)
To the anime ... wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh man
I used to be a great DBZ fan and all theese other "stupid" animes. No offence man but I´ve passed that stage of age long time ago, go watch cool stuff like akira, ghost in the shell where you can use your brain. I just had to say that due to my past.
Sry dont take it to personally ... but keep up the modeling work

Prs-Phil: Haha! yeah I hear ya but honestly, what is there to watch on the Saturday morning! you know they use to have good shit on! and sad to say I have stooped down a lil and watched the Yu-Gi-Oh series! which its not that bad in some instance but its somthing to watch! I just wish they would bring back the superman and the batman series to the WB or to fox or what ever! the shows they have are horrible i mean! really is there any good animation out there, now a days???

Looks cool!! Nice work!
I've got 3 things to crit on.
The arms look too long (hands should stop halfway down the the thigh). The other is that the coat flares out at the waist really oddly...it should probably be straighter, or should be flaring out and not coming back in...best idea would be to find a reference and take a good look at it, cuz it looks odd right now.
As well, the wrists and the lower parts of the foot could probably lose some poly's, there's no way they need that much, the rest is good though. Nice texture job as well!
