View Full Version : Still: ALIVE and AWAKE
Banshee 05-06-2003, 10:02 AM Hi!
Iīve finished this pic yesterday, please let me know what you think! :bounce:
The whole background, the materials and the lighting have been reworked, I think it looks better now than the last version.
Modelled and rendered with Max3.1, no plugins used.
Greetings from Germany,

The bubbles... yes.. well, they actually refract the "Light-Tubes" on the walls behind them. Thatīs why they look like this.. I have to admit that the combination of both is not very impressive
Thank you for your comment!

this character seems like its floating, not sure if its because theres no shadow due to the light table, and if this is the look youre going for, but its loses its sense of weight and therefor breaks the illusion youre trying to create. and yea the bubbles are distracting play with the index.
I think the character looks like they are floating because it doesn't look like there is a reflection of light off the underside of the body. The light table seems to have this immense light and yet there seems to be shadows right where it shines.
