As we are heading towards greater civilization it can be seen that there are very few land leftover.In future the main pressure of communication will be on air and on sea.So I created a three stored Airport along with a Seaport which is located at the bottom of this mega structure.The structure is a complete air and water combination.At least 10 passenger airliner can takeof and land at a time on each column and at the same time around 10ships can also operate at a time.
There will be hotels, shopping stores, office, residents etc situated at this mega structure.
In one word it is the city of the future.
Entirely done in 3d studiomax7 & dreamscape with default scanline render.
All my previous submissions are also done in 3dstudio max7 and dreamscape.
