Very nice work, 5 stars!
Lot of detail and fine work, much variation, makes it very believable.
Only small comment is brick texture. Some bricks on corners seem just thin slices and in reality would never be done. Also mortar on corner. Apart from that perfect!
Nice Lighting, Nice Render, Like A Lot The Plants

nice job Mr. Proffesor ;)
Great job! I love the lighting; for example the radiosity between the wood slates over the patio. The plants looks great! What a nice place to relax and read a book with an ice tea!

Wow!
If I had to point out what I would consider a flaw, and I'm really looking hard here, it would be that your brick texture is not displaced. This is noticeable only on the edges of the windows and door where you have such a hard, straight line. This really stands out in the scene because it contrasts with the organic nature of the rest of the geometry. If you haven't already, check out the VRay Displacement filter. It's perfect for scenarios such as this.
