ok..hello. This is my second work done with 3ds Max 5. It´s done in 2 hard nights :) but I think i´ve learned a lot with this work.

i know it is not really the best but i´d like to hear some other opinions.

Nice work man.

In my opinion you could give the nails (I think they are called that way, those metal things that are spread on the floor), a little more... deph, they seem more like a 2d texture than 3d objctes.


Other than that, defenitly a great work.

Attics are very dusty places so you should be able to see all the dust particles on the air where the light is shining.

hmm....yeah you´re right caffeineman. i´ve worked on the dust almost the whole time and this is the best i´ve dided.

You did a awsome job on the lighting! Now I don't know Max, so I can't give you a hint how to do it, but I also think there should be more dust, maybe even a littel bit in the not so bright areas.

Add a little more volumetric lighting, that will make it look like there's some more dust in the air... and then just maybe make some dust bunnies on the floor. You know, big globs of greying dust. VERY nice, though, I really like this. It looks quite good :)
