Painting took me a few hours work in Photoshop using Wacom Intuous A4. I used a photo potrait of my friend Laru I made myself as a reference. I regard this happy broken portrait rather as 'cyberpunk' than 'fantasy'.

Hey, I do like it. Reminds me of H.R.Giger in some way, but far from it to be called "copy". Good work!
