I dunno man...Things need a lot of work. Honestly the best aspect of your reel is that some of the renders are kinda neat. You have a lot of clips and the whole thing is pretty long so I'm not going to make comments for every single piece, but I will say there is overall a lack of weight and general timing. For your animations with the man wearing red, his timing is all the same. When he goes to make a swift movement with his weapon, it's just too slow, and when he moves around I don't get a sense that ge weighs anything at all.

Did you take any animation classes? I would recommend doing something like a simple jump animation and posting it here and getting people to give you comments on it until it looks solid. There seems to be some fundumental concepts you're missing at this point. Hopefully you stay motivated though, you seem to have a good drive and that's very important when learning of course.

oh, one more thing that bugged me was the woman in pink...her eyes were just textures it seemed. They didn't move at all.

Wow sorry man, but that was pretty bad. I agree with everything said in the above post. The wings composited on the guy, and that one quick shot that looked like something from ghostbusters were the only pieces on your reel that seemed worth showing off (in my opinion). Everything else needs a LOT of work. Keep at it though, and check out programs like Animation Mentor!
