It's a combination of Mo-cap and Keyframing ,rigged and animated in XSI and rendered in Lightwave (Fprime).
The Clip can be found in the project section of our site www.bustykelp.com (http://www.bustykelp.com)
(sorry I cant link to it directly because it's a flash site)

The lighting, the camera work, and the gestures of the characters all worked nicely together to create a very believable world. Nice work.
That was very cool! The acting and animation was great, they got so much character.

Thanks for all the responses. I appreciate it.

It is relatively easy to set up a relationship with XSI and Lightwave using point oven.
XSI pumps out an Mdd of the main vertex animation, but also can send a lot of information to Lightwave through Null motion channels.
Much of the muscle deformation, shoulder blades and things like Lips wrinkling when compressed and other facial wrinkles are applied in Lightwave automatically via the nulls, but they are driven by the XSI rig.
It's an unusual system, having 2 bits of software animating the model like this but it works pretty well.

and another different clip here

I'm still in the process of trying to make them sit in the video footage better -they look a bit smooth at the mo.
