Hey there, for a while now I have been struggling with painting cliff and rock faces. I was hoping to get some advice here from the pros, it would be much appreciated.

Here are some examples of what i'm aiming for

Theres just so much information to paint.
Im always getting overwelmed with detail.
It never comes out the way I want it, just a mess of lines and color values

thanks

Can't see the tutorial without registereing for the forums...tsk. If you are going to plug another art forum to compete with CG, at least unlock the content for guests. Don't make them sign up, or don't plug your site without notifying members that they will have to join before they can see your tut.
