CGTalk - Hand Character Rig

Hi guys. I'm working on a short film where my main character is a hand. I've been playing around with different rig setups but I haven't been able to get the results I want. I need to be able to animate it with the same freedom I'd have with a regular character.
Do you guys know of any tutorials around the net that could help me?
