Do you mean Ambient Occlusion with Wireframe on top of it?
If yes, then I would suggest composting two seperate renderings made with passes. The Wireframe you can get with the toon shader. Just turn on Facets and Merge Coplanar in the toons lens shader . Also, render just ink so you can lay it on top of AO.

You can do it in Photoshop use multiply on the top layer (AO).
You could also do it in the compositor inside XSI. get your clips, use a math composite with multiply (A*B) for the same effect.
