I did This for the Charcter of the week contest at another website
Its a Steampunk penguin professor and its humble assistent
really tried my best at this piece to make it look right and im pretty pleased with the result
took 4 - 8 hours.. dont know really it was off and on
photoshop 7.0 +wacom graphire (the tiny one hehe)
