View Full Version : Ctrl + Alt + Drag
HONG KONGer 05-04-2003, 03:14 PM Ctrl + Alt + Drag = dolly in/out
If drag from left to right, it zoom to the area you've dragged.
But if I drag from right to left, how far it will zoom out? How it is defined?

Zoom / in and out is defined in the camera clipping attributes
Go in outliner and select the camera view go in its option and you can change the far/near clipping range of your cam

I went into outliner and there are four cameras there, but what to do next?
By the way, isn't the zoom range/distance defined by the dragged area?

I believe that when you draw the rectangle to zoom out, the screen that you originally had gets squeezed into the rectangle you drew.

that last one makes sence. i never thought that that is how it is done. to me it was always like a almost random thing. I think i'll try it out when i get home.
