Hi

I would like some recommendations about tutorials or any other resource to modeling a realistic male body. I am looking to go back to organic modeling and learn how to properly create just over a base mesh male body, basic muscle structure, proper edge looping and etc. (Before zbrush!)
I looked in alot of places and i cannot find anything usefull. Closest i found was this :
http://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/dvds/ijo01.html but he already brings a ready base mesh into Z.

I would love to get some help on this

Thanks

This is about the best tutorial out there on modelling an anatomically correct male body. It's even better to watch it with a good reference book to hand.
