luCiFEAR 02-29-2008, 12:44 AM hello!
so there is some stuff i did for university, we had to make really low poly models (limit was 2000triangles) for start i will show "katyusha"
in future I will add more models with both normal and specular maps!

Looks good! I think I see a seam on the tire tread that should probably be fixed, because it's really obvious.
The truck gets somewhat lost in the dark background--perhaps a lighter background would display the truck better.

oh damt >_<
Spex84> haven't noticed that seam on tire! thnx I'll fix that ;) amhh and about dark background, someone else have already told me that, but I noticed that it is usually problem of monitor calibration. try to check this site:
http://www.displaycalibration.com/
you should see clearly all tones between black and white if not there some problems with display settings

Good work!
The textures are nice although I agree about the seam.
Im not so keen on the texture you have for the headlight, I think it's too saturated but thats only my opinion. If I was to suggest anything about the model it would be to make it slightly less uniform, the platform on top would be mostly uniform and flat but maybe a few subtle distortions due to weight/length of use would add authenticity to the work.
Still, these are minor tweaks and in the end it's all down to preference.
