This is where I am now. I painted the rider out but I plan on putting him back in I'm not sure on his look yet.
Any feedback would really help.

i like the concept. and its looking good, definetly add the rider in.

i think the fish could look more meaner and would create a better visual image with the guy on top controling it.

try changing the "arms" maybe more dominant and solid?

dunno...

Thanks for the Response.
I changed the expression of the fish slightly to give it a meaner look and added the rider.
I think I'm done with this one.

Any critiques would be appreciated:D
