Hi all I decided to start posting some of my drawing as I do them.

So to get started with this I decided to have fun and do some copies of classics. The first one I did is a copy of Peter Paul Ruben’s Portrait Of A Sister Of Helene Fourment 1577-1640.

Hi Sulla,

Wow the colors in your drawing are gorgeous! Is that like a navy blue or is it just the photo that changed it? It really looks nice with the brown paper and other colors you used.

Thanks for the complement Roja. The colors used are conte, white chalk and vine charcoal.

As I side note I am trying to find a good place to order real natural red chalk instead of conte. Let me know if any one knows of a place.
