Title: Reconstruction "Red fishes" by A.Matiss
Name: Renat Zinnatullin
Country: Russia
Software: Maya

Hi all.
For this work I used only Maya. All 3D. Textures painted by mouse using 3d paint tool in Maya and render "software".
I did it specially for competition. Original picture -> http://www.bibliotekar.ru/rus-Muzeum-Moscow/50.htm
I wait for your comments =)

I think it's an excellent Maya-painting! It's rare you see someone do it all inside Maya, good work!

...now make them swim around a bit? I think this type of animation is going to take over "realism" in the next few years. It's much more artistic and full of life!

This animation I did to show that it all 3D. I wished to give to them of movements, but for competition it was superfluous. =)
