Dont really know where to start...

You wont be able to animate this :hmm:

When modeling you really need to be concious of where the model will bend why and how. Look at your model again...take a look at the shoulder and imagine that bending...look at your knees and bend them...then look at your models knees and picture them bending.

In reality we have skin and ligaments that will stretch for us, in 3D your god and you didnt build anything for him to compensate for stretching and moving and thus he will scream in agony every time he moves.

What you could do is this... go to POLYCOUNT (http://www.polycount.com) and download a few models that have animations associated with them. Study the meshes...especially where they bend. Try to see why they are created that way.

Your off to a good start though so dont get discouraged. Practice building with less geometry. Remember that less is more...Low poly modeling is the black art of smoke and mirrors, in the end the textures will give the illusion of the added geometry...its funny, most people think that low poly modeling is easy cause it looks easy compared to high poly meshes IMHO high poly models are easier (no restrictions)...but to make something kick ass and function properly in the low poly world takes patience and 1337 skills...you will get there in time if you stick with it.

Good luck,
