Hello!
This is called Royal Portrait, it's a personal work, mostly for character development and drawing without any references. I tried to experiment with different textures and colors. I used Photoshop CS and a tablet. It didn't turn out as well as I hoped, her face especially. Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated!

I love odd eyes, this one makes me think of a character I painted some weeks ago :) Well done, I think that what looks a bit off is the shadows on the nostrils : the outer part of the nose is as dark as them, which makes them look less hollow than they should. The left part of the chin and jaw is slightly bigger than the right one.
The neck is a little bit off : it looks a bit flat (the sterno-cleido-mastoideus muscle could be more defined, especially on her left/our right) and it needs more volume on her left side. The ear is too light, it should be darker according to the fact that hair would cast shadows on it.
Isn't there a part of her left shoulder missing?
I hope that it can help!
Pros : very nice colors, great skintones and nice textures! She has a very lovely expression too :)

I think the size of the chin stuff that dianae mentioned and only showing one ear sort of make the face appear to be turned slightly to the left of the image, while her nose looks like it's turned slightly to the right. It's still a great image though - good job!
