I'm trying to figure out how to replicate the lighting for the following 3d preschooler shows, mickey mouse, winnie-the-pooh.

I have added point lights lowered from .200 - .300 with shadow filter at 4. I light link the point lights only to the character and have one directional light causing a shadow on the ground under the character. I also found it useful to raise the ambient color on each character from 0 to .25.

What is another way to replicate this even better.

Your thoughts?

I have also thought of doing two lights from either direction and then pointing a point light inside the character setting its value to -1 to create an artificial shadow
